Nǐ xūyào yí ge shànyú hé kèhù dǎ jiāodào de Zhōngguó rén.

You need a Chinese person who is good at dealing with clients.

The sentence “S + 善于和...打交道” (shànyú hé ... dǎ jiāodào) means somebody is good at dealing with what. Take a look at the following examples:

1. 他善于和客户打交道。

Tā shànyú hé kèhù dǎ jiāodào.

He is good at dealing with clients.

2. 我不善于和孩子打交道。

Wǒ bú shànyú hé háizi dǎ jiāodào.

I'm not good with kids.
